*Note! new after picture taken on March 19 2009! I've lost very close to 100lbs in the 'before' pic I was a size 20, or maybe even a 22 which was the largest pair of jeans I ever owned, and now I fit into a size 8! :boogie: I've never been a size 8 before! :headbang:

Note to those looking for advice on weight loss
Losing weight is more than just dieting and exercising, it's a lifestyle change. I literally had to turn my life upside down and fix everything that I was doing wrong in my life before I could experience any real weight loss success.

Once I found happiness in my life it was much easier to say no to junk and 'comfort' foods.I started eating smaller, healthier meals and snacks, and I discovered any exercise at all is good exercise. Personally I can't do a whole lot of vigorous exercises because I have a bad problem with my legs, so I stick primarily to light yoga, but even walking,swimming,and biking work really really well to just help boost your metabolism and suppress your appetite.

When trying to lose weight remember that crash and fad diets will always do more harm than good. the only way to lose a lot of weight and keep it off, is by doing it slowly and healthily with dedication and strong will power. It took me over a year to lose the bulk of my weight, and keeping it all off is a lifetime dedication.
