Right to Health

I'm in constant pain every day of my life. From the moment I wake up until the moment I finally fall asleep (which isn't easy) my knee and leg aches, throbs, burns and itches so deep within me that I sometimes cut myself from scratching so hard. Some days I can hardly move my leg, let alone walk, and I almost always have to walk with a cane now. I've been on so many harsh chemical pain medications that my stomach is a war zone.

When I smoke marijuana the pain is manageable. I can do housework, go shopping, go out on the town with my Fiance and friends, even hold down a job bar tending for the Royal Canadian Legion. I'm still in a lot of pain,all the time, and I still have to use my cane, but it's easier to get a decent night's sleep, I'm in control of my life, I can have a life and I can be a contributing member of the community.
